Are orders guaranteed?

Unfortunately at the moment, the amount of each item available in the shop does not decrease when an item is bought. I will update the site as often as possible, however it is possible that an item may be "double-bought". If this is the case, where possible I will try to create another of the items. Where this is not possible, I will operate on a first-come-first-served basis. The person who ordered last will then be offered any other item in the store, or a full refund if they do not wish to receive a different item. The person involved will be contacted by email to arrange this.

How long will it take for an item to get to me?

I will do what I can to send all orders out within 48 hours - if there is likely to be a delay on this, I will either post a notice on the main shop page if the delay will occur on all items, on the individual items page (for example, if the item is personalised), or I will let the buyer know via e-mail. All items are sent Royal Mail first class.

I need my items quickly - is there any way you can send it out quicker / use special delivery?

Yes, if you need your items quickly please email me and let me know and I will do what I can to send it out quickly.

Do you take international orders?

Yes, I will accept orders from all over the world. However, if you are ordering from outside the UK, please email me your order and delivery address, and I will invoice you via Paypal, as postage charges will be greater.
